Membership Scheme
The governing council of UCEL meets regularly to review progress of the union’s programs and financial standings. In order to become a part of the union, you or your firm must join as members. Simply download the relevant form below, print and fill it and append your signature. Once filled and signed, you can upload it here and submit or you can email it to us or deliver it to our offices, including payment of the required membership fees. UCEL is a membership based organization and welcomes corporate bodies, institutions, groups and individuals with interest in the Union’s objectives to sign up. Membership is based on categories and associated entitlements, as highlighted below.
To become a member of UCEL today, please complete and submit the relevant form below. Below are categories of the membership.
Full Membership
All persons having a valid certified professional license issued by the EPAL who express desire to join the Union through a written communication and fill in a membership form. Such person shall have voting rights.
Associate Membership
All environmental professionals with valid academic credentials (to be vetted by the membership committee), who are not licensed by the EPAL to conduct Environmental & Social Impact Assessment, but has expressed desire of becoming a member through a written communication to the Union. Such persons shall have voting rights.
Affiliate Membership
All persons having passion for environmental activities who have expressed desire of becoming a member through a written communication to union.
Honorary Membership
Shall be conferred on any person(s)/institutions who have demonstrated environmental friendliness and distinguished support to environmental governance and management by the Executive Committee in consonance with the Board.

Associate Membership Fees

- Annual Fees – US$200.00
Affiliate Membership
Fees
- Application Fees – US$25.00
- Annual Fees – US$150.00
Honorary Membership Fees
- Application Fees – Nil
- Annual Fees – No fees, Contribute to the organization at your will.
All firms and institutions, having at least a certified professional evaluator licensed by the EPAL automatically qualifies to become a member and shall fill in a membership form. The annual fee is US$600.
