Promoting a productive environment
At UCEL, our vision is to lead credible environmental practice in the Republic of Liberia and promote a productive environment. We work in collaboration with key stakeholders and uphold professionalism in environmental practice through our members by providing environmental support services.

Capacity building and Awareness
UCEL identifies and pursues training opportunities to equip its members with the skills needed to prepare environmental documents, conduct studies, and carry out environmental assessments. These activities strengthen professional competence, improve practical knowledge, and promote sound environmental practice in Liberia.
Advocacy and Compliance
Represent our members and partners who demonstrate stands in uncovering non-compliance environmental issues with clients and with regulatory bodies when and where necessary.
Offering advice and support on environmental compliance.
Resource Mobilization
To review current resource needs and funding gaps, analyze possible funding scenarios.
To prepare an annual budget for approval by the Secretariat.
Monitor and evaluate use of UCEL funds.
