At UCEL, our vision is to be at the forefront of good environmental practice in the Republic of Liberia and advocate for a productive environment. We do this in collaboration with various stakeholders. We also strive to ensure professionalism in environmental practice through our members, by offering a range of services.

Look for opportunities to have our members trained so as to prepare them address the huge challenges in the preparation of different environmental documents, conduct different studies and assessments.
Push for good environmental practice.
Advocacy and Compliance
Represent our members and partners who demonstrate stands in uncovering non-compliance environmental issues with clients and with regulatory bodies when and where necessary.
Offering advice and support on environmental compliance.
Resource Mobilization
To review current resource needs and funding gaps, analyze possible funding scenarios.
To prepare an annual budget for approval by the Secretariat.
